Delivery & Refund

If you have purchased goods directly from our online store, they may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not returnable for cash.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Each customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning items to us. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please check each stockist policy when goods have been purchased from a retail outlet.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether it is eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account, as transactions may take several days to process.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
