Frequently Asked Questions Get in Touch
When will I receive my order?
After placing an order you can check your order status if you have created an account. We'll contact you via text/email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We are located in central NSW so delivery times will vary depending on where you live in Australia. 
Do you ship overseas?
No, sorry. If you do happen to live overseas, we can only suggest that you have your order shipped to an Australian address (if you can) where you can privately arrange overseas shipping. 
I have a retail / online store. Can I become an RTD stockist?
Yes you can. We will need to do some background checks to see if the store is suitable and if there is already an existing stockist in your area. Click on the wholesale enquiry option at the top RHS corner of our home page to apply.
Does Rachael do custom work?
Rachael can assist business houses by creating custom cards, calendars, stubby holders and and other items. Due to time restrictions, 'one-off' commission work is no longer available, sorry!
